1. Is there an additional charge for breakfast or breakfast in bed?
No these are both included in the price.

2. Can special diets be catered for?
Yes, but please let us know in advance.

3. What are the breakfast times?
In the dining room  -  8.30 until 9.15am   or   breakfast in bed - 8.15 until 9.30am.

4. What are the checking in and out times?
Checking in - arrive anytime to drop off bags, rooms are ready from 12 noon. If you will be with us after 9.00pm please let us know.
Checking out - before 11am

5. Can luggage be stored?
Yes

6. What facilities are in the rooms?
TV, alarm/radio, tea and coffee making, toiletries, towels. Available from reception - hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, also fresh milk

7. Is there free wireless Internet?
Yes

8. Are all rooms ensuite?
Yes

9. Is there free parking?
Yes, on and off street. We have a car park at the rear for around 5 cars and unrestricted parking on our street.

10. I am not good on stairs, will I have a problem?
We have a ground floor room ( there are 5 steps at the front of the house). The other rooms are over 2 floors.
Please let us know if you need to be on a lower floor.   

11. Can I stay 1 night on a weekend?
We normally take 2 night bookings only over a weekend.

12. Can I bring my dog?
Yes, but dogs must not be left unattended in the bedrooms, please advise us when booking the room.  We have a resident cat.

13. Will money be taken off my credit card?
Cards are taken for guarantee. 48 hours cancellation policy and if no show first night will be charged.

14. Are we close to local amenities and the city centre?
Within  2min walk - bus stop, race course
Within 10min walk  - restaurants, pubs, local sainsburys, cash machine, cinema, race course buildings, city walls.
Within 20min walk - railway and bus station, town centre with attractions.
